Under BMW Group’s Strategy NUMBER ONE > NEXT, LingYue was established to drive BMW Group’s customer- centricity transformation in China. LingYue provides digital solutions and operational services to enable seamless and exclusive online-to-offline user experiences for BMW Group customers in China. LingYue was incorporated in January 2019. LingYue creates value as a competence center, a service provider and an innovation incubator for BMW Group’s continued growth in China. We focus on spearheading digital transformation in marketing, sales funnel management and customer lifecycle management. Our offers and services include developing and deploying digital solutions, providing CRM, E-commerce, and digital marketing services, collaborating with partners and third parties to offer value-added service content to BMW Group customers and service users, and delivering coaching and enablement services that facilitate digital transformation at BMW Group dealerships. We are in sync with BMW Group business functions to ensure consistency of customer experiences across sales channels and touchpoints. At LingYue, we are inspired by creating value for customers and business through our offers and services. We combine a customer-centric approach with a “start-up” mentality to achieve exceptional results quickly. Our culture brings together talents with diversified skillsets, experiences and backgrounds. In April of 2021, LingYue Nanjing Branch launched. The BMW Business IT Hub in Nanjing, Leveraging state-of the-art technology and highly agile delivery models, the DevOps-Teams will work hand-in-hand with IT teams at BMW Brilliance Automotive and BMW China, thus supporting, accelerating and extending their internal IT delivery capabilities.
